MANDURAH has done it again.

After selling nine winning Division One Lotto tickets last year, the suburb has just scored its first Div 1 winner for 2012.

A customer at Woodley's Central Lottery Centre won $707,389 in Saturday night's draw.

"It would be nice for the prize to go to one of our regular customers, but ultimately we just hope it goes to someone who really needs it and will use it for a good cause," store owner Wayne Woodley said.
