ASPEN Living has responded to strong demand from homebuyers by releasing land at its Byford on the Scarp residential development.

A total of 33 lots in Stage 6 of the development were released over the Easter weekend.

Lot sizes on offer range from 559sqm to 810sqm, with frontages starting at 18m.

Byford on the Scarp is on the South Western Highway, about 35 minutes drive from Perth’s CBD. It is among picturesque scenery on the Darling Range and will consist of about 700 homes on big elevated sites.

Aspen Living chief operating officer Chris Lewis said this latest land release consisted of larger than usual lots sizes, in response to feedback from buyers.

Prices start at $182,000. Call sales manager, Dale Miles on 0419 966 547 or email dalem@aspengroup.com.au. Or visit the sales office at Clondyke Drive, (off the South Western Highway), at Byford, 1pm and 5pm, on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday.
