AN exceptional 12-month sales period has seen Peter Padovan place in the top 10 per cent of LJ Hooker’s real estate agents internationally.

In a network of more than 700 real estate business operations, he is now recognized as a ‘Captain’ of industry by his peers.

The Captain’s Club, established in the early 1990s to reward achievement, has almost 400 members throughout Australia and New Zealand, representing the top performers in finance, sales, property management and business operations.

“Peter’s status can stand as a recommendation to clients and customers of his experience and expertise in the Rockingham real estate market,” said LJ Hooker managing director Alan Lambert.

“Achieving the level of success to make ‘Captain’ relies on more that just successful business transactions, you must also be able to generate solid repeat and referral business.

“Customers seek out Peter Padovan and recommend him to their family and friends because they know he delivers the optimum outcome,” Mr Lambert said.

Mr Padovan sold more than $11.5 million worth of property in the past 12 months.

“Earning a place in the Captain’s Club is an honour,” Mr Padovan said.

“But my clients are my first priority and this achievement is a reflection of my efforts of their behalf.”

Peter Padovan can be contacted at LJ Hooker Rockingham on 9527 5055 or mobile: 0414 985 256.
